Delivery
We aim to deliver within 15 working days (Monday to Friday) on all standard items. Items that have a RAL colour are usually delivered in 6-8 weeks. If any parts are out of stock and will affect our standard delivery terms then we will notify you as soon as we are aware and will deliver on the earliest possible date. If an item cannot be sourced then we will contact and refund you.
Cancellation
Due to the bespoke nature of the product once payment has been made then the order cannot be cancelled. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure they have been supplied correctly. If any of the products prove to be incorrect to your order or damaged then please send back to our premises via the transport it was delivered on and we will contact you to rectify or replace the anomaly.
Privacy Policy
We will not pass any details you may disclose to us to third parties. Information is securely held on record to assist us in providing a better service to our customers such as our ordering services.
Should you wish to view any details we may hold on file about you, you can contact us by e-mail or telephone to arrange a viewing.
We only hold names, addresses and contact information for the purpose of order processing. If you wish to have your data deleted at any time in the future please e-mail us.
